Biographical Appointment?
I just got my form to register online for Universal Credit. It took me and my wife over three hours. Now they are talking about me going to a Biogrpahical Appointment, a phone coversation with a work coach, and going to the jobcentre.
I have mental health issues, NHS diagnosed ADHD, Autism, GAD, OCD, Social Anxiety, and cPTSD. I don't go outside our house and haven't worked for decades. I feel physically sick, had a meltdown, and my avoidance coping strategy meant that I deleted their emails. I can't use the phone, it really stresses me out. I haven't even given my number to my friends. I actually feel physically sick.

Hi @Journey68 I'm really sorry this is causing so much anxiety for you. I've added a few links below to similar posts where users have provided some helpful advice, including one member who said they were able to take a family member with them to the appointment. Is that something that might help?
