Migration from ESA to UC

Hi,
I did the migration to UC online about 3 weeks ago and on the journal thing it says I will find out what I'll be getting a couple days before my first payment is due, but that is all it says, nothing about what happens next when my ESA ends or anything.
The question I have is do I get a letter or something telling me I have moved over like I did when I moved from SDA to ESA years ago or not, I hate the idea of only finding out a couple of days before and knowing what I am officially claiming is helpful when collecting prescriptions etc.
Thanks.

There should be a letter in the post at some point confirming the ESA has ended.
Top tip, the UC payment statements are often available 1-2 days before the official due date.

Cheers.
I have had another odd thing happen since I made this post, I got another payment for ESA. As I say this is odd as I what lead to believe that the last payment would be 2 weeks after I made the UC claim (would have been 2 weeks ago) and the deadline for migrating was 09/04 after which the ESA claim would end. So I'm wondering if this is normal?

It's possible you were paid too much ESA in error. This used to be rare but is happening more frequently now that the rate of migration has increased.
If that's the case it will be deducted from your UC award.
