Completing my first pip review and need advice on weight loss meds inclusion

Hi. I am so glad I have found this group, thank you for having me! I am trying to fill in my first pip review and wondered if I should include Mounjaro on the list of medication. I have to pay privately, and did it because my sedentary lifestyle, pain and fatigue means I have gained weight. Do I have to mention this? I also used CBD to help me relieve anxiety. Do ALL medications have to be included in the review? Thank you

Hi @Kittenkat, welcome to the community. If your medication affects or might affect your conditions, it's often good to list it just in case. That said, you only have to put it down if you feel comfortable doing that.
