LCWRA not backdated properly??

I hope someone could help me with this as I am a bit confused.
I was recently awarded LCWRA 19/4/25 and they reCalculated my UC pmnts back to the assessment period 23/11 to 22/12 which was originally paid to me on my regular 1st of the month payment on the 1/1/2025 BUT having seen the comments on this forum it looks like they should have used receipt of my First FIT note to base the back payment on. This was uploaded 21/5/25;
First fit note was dated 21/5 (uploaded to UC journal 21/5)
This related to 8/5 to 5/6
Next pmnt 1/6 ref 23/4 to 22/5 (partial assessment period)
Next full period; 1 paid 1/7 was 23/5 to 22/6
Period 2; paid 1/8 was from 23/6 to 22/7
Period 3; paid 1/9 was from 23/7 to 22/8
Therefore first lcwra payment should be from 1/10 (ref 23/8 to 22/9)??
So they have not paid me LCWRA 1/10 + 1/11 + 1/12 which should be £416.19 x 3 which equals £1248.57!!??
I really hope someone could clarify this for me!

Without years I can't make any sense of your dates.
Yes payment should backdate to first Fit Note.
However.
- There is a waiting period of three full assessment periods before LCWRA is payable. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
- Your waiting period depends on there being no gaps in Fit Notes, none that were backdated etc. It's the date you give Fit Notes to UC that counts, not the start date written on it. If there was a gap (which many people I advise discover after saying there wasn't one), this will effect when DWP count your waiting period as starting from.

Thanks!
First fit note uploaded 21/5/24
Next pmnt ,1/6/24 ref 23/4 to 22/5 (partial assessment period)
Next full period; 1 paid 1/7 was 23/5 to 22/6
Period 2; paid 1/8 was from 23/6 to 22/7
Period 3; paid 1/9 was from 23/7 to 22/8
Therefore 1st LCWRA payment should be from payment 1/10/24 instead of 1/1/25!!
No gaps therefore I'm correct??
Thanks

I would agree with you.
Perhaps you can add a Journal note saying you feel your waiting period should have ended in the August - September AP, and asking why they have ended your waiting period instead in November/December.
