@Lou67 it is so good to hear from you x I have only started to post again after a long time away.
I was doing really well and even went on a residential weekend retreat a while ago. It was based on Louise Hay teachings and was called Heal your life. It was 24 women, all strangers and I really enjoyed it. It was a big thing for me to do.
It's terrible how it all went out the window with one conversation. I'm trying my best to quell the anxiety but it's hard.
Hope you and your mum and all the family are well. So good to hear from you!

Happy Easter everyone I hope yous have a lovely day whatever yous have planned. My mums having an egg hunt for my grandkids and my great nieces and nephews later, so there’s going to be a lot of excited kids later 💗

Morning oh the retreat you went to sounds so good I’d like to try something like that it’s great to hear you did something like that for yourself you do deserve it.
My mum and everyone are doing well thanks so much for asking, my mum and I are going on holiday next week I can’t wait, then my sons wedding is in June it’s came round so fast.

Been going well and made another veteran feel better. Found out he is an US Army veteran whom lost his right leg above the knee and told him he is not alone showing my left leg below the knee. This was at church and he said thank you to me telling him my story knowing I am a disabled veteran as well. He stepped on a land mine and waiting on his prosthetic leg. He is 22 years and his parents thought it was good on me helping him out

It's going **** really. I suffer with CFS/Fibro and I don't know whether tomorrow will be sort of ok or ****, with bodily pains, weird headaches, stomach upset, brain fog, nausea, muscle cramps, facial neuralgia and depression. I don't want to be ill. I cannot work. I have debts and need to pay 1000s for my wife's spousal visa. I have a good education and a desire to be a published author. The government about to punish people like me for no good reason feels like the last nail in the coffin. What has happened to this country?
Apart from that, I'm fine.
