Payment statement not showing when due?

in Universal Credit (UC)

hello all,

Happy Easter, my statement is normally available by now, however it’s not showing? Journal up to date and to do is empty, should I be concerned or is this something others are experiencing? Many thanks

    What is your official statement due date?

    today is my date but I normally receive it around the 18th, thought as the bh but now I’m not seeing it today either

    If it isn't there by tomorrow morning I would get in touch with them. It could still appear today.

    Mine are also usually available 1-2 days before the official due date, but that hasn't always happened.
