    Hello

    After I received pip letter with 0 point

    I call pip and asked them about mandatory reconsideration

    The person asked me everything on call, now I will hear from them within 15 weeks

    As you said

    Do put your MR in writing; a letter is fine

    Is it important☝️

    You can do the MR in writing or by phone. It should be the same outcome for both.

    The only problem with doing it over the phone is that you do not know whether the person wrote down everything you said correctly or not.
