    Evening All ☺️

    Been a quiet day to say the least, didn’t wake up until twelve as I just hit the snooze button on the phone.
    Could tell I had overdone things yesterday, absolutely wiped out and exhausted, thanks to long Wuhan Plague!

    Decided to have Porridge again, but as ever my stomach said nope and it exited stage left 🀒

    So the rest of the day has been just watching Dr Who, Britains Got Talent, Saudi F1 Race. Then before I shutdown for the night, quick clip of the old hair, then a wash and clean the old pegs.

    Just have to keep reminding myself to pace myself and not overdo things. Just have all the thoughts of the issues with PIP going around my head, even though I won’t be assessed again until 2027 and I’m not sure when ESA will assess me again. Fair to say the war drums are out in my heed!

    I hope everyone has had a lovely Easter Sunday, I had a really nice day with loads of family at my mums she had an egg hunt for the small kids they loved it and the weather was lovely

    It's going **** really. I suffer with CFS/Fibro and I don't know whether tomorrow will be sort of ok or ****, with bodily pains, weird headaches, stomach upset, brain fog, nausea, muscle cramps, facial neuralgia and depression. I don't want to be ill. I cannot work. I have debts and need to pay 1000s for my wife's spousal visa. I have a good education and a desire to be a published author. The government about to punish people like me for no good reason feels like the last nail in the coffin. What has happened to this country?

    Apart from that, I'm fine.

    Got some cleaning done, been up since just after 3 thanks to the old bile again 🀬 organised payments for what’s coming out of the bank, done some cleaning and then had a scrub.

    Just weighed myself after 11 days of clean eating, I’ve lost 1st 2lb which I’m shocked at. Just have to keep it up and keep away from take away apps.

    Our dog has a very dodgy stomach,we put her on Scrumbles a few years' ago after everything else she ate went right through her.

    They do a range for cats too.
