Unstable systems are good for voters. If the parties are truly independent.😏

So we should complain to Trump, Xi and Putin. I think they are capable of putting Starmer in his place 😁.

My pip review is underway despite it not expiring until August 2026.
I just spoke to my gp and requested a supporting letter and he said the dwp have given them new guidelines telling them not to issue letters as they will disregard them and they will contact gp's if they require any information.

I'm trying to find that they can't give letters can't find that's it's changed ? Unless anyone else can find its your right to ask for a letter !! Fill sars form out ask at reception for SARS form it's got diagnosis medication and consultations you have with your GP can go back years I went back couple of years to show had diagnosis for more than a year I

@luvpink My GP told me the same thing - that they’d been told not to issue supportive letters as they’d be torn up. As we had to pay for such letters the practice have stopped supplying them. She did reassure me that when they contacted her she would be supportive though they never made contact! Fortunately, all went well with my review

morning everyone,
I just received an email from benefits and work regarding legal advice they’ve taken about the reforms including 4 point rules. They’ve been advised that legally there’s nothing that can be done to prevent it going ahead . Not sure this is so but if anyone can link the post please do

Try not to worry too much about GP evidence. In my view, the DWP should be focusing on what you have told them and accepting any medical evidence you choose to share. I always tick NO when asked for consent for the DWP or relevant professionals to contact anyone about my health condition or disability. I am also fully opted out of my GP sharing any data from my health records.
The DWP has always respected my right to privacy and has never questioned or challenged this choice. Exercising this right has never disadvantaged me, in fact, my last award was paper-based and resulted in a 10-year enhanced rate for both mobility and daily living.
I also received my review papers a year before the award ended, and it took 17 months from start to finish, so don’t worry about delays or the periodic text messages they send during that time, you will be fine. xx

It's because he's putting through as primary legislation he won't back down that's why he's made impossible to challenge what to do

I just received an email from benefits and work saying they’ve taken legal advice and there’s nothing that can be won in court . I don’t know how to post the link but it’s interesting you mentioned them
