Oh @Amberpearl I'm truly sorry for all your worry especially for your kitten. I wouldn't put my food back in cupboards yet either but it's a good sign that you've not seen any more droppings I'm keeping my fingers and everything crossed for you that they've gone for good. I really hope so.
I'm guessing your vet knows for sure that your kitten is not dehydrated (from physically checking and blood results that they've done). Have you got a little syringe that you can give some small amounts of water regularly.
Don't know if you've got insurance or pay it all directly yourself, but the insurance companies often have a 24hr helpline that you can ring for advice/opinion.
I've only had dogs and I can't think for the life of me what they were ever prescribed for diarrhea. I think it was more injection but that would have been for vomiting.
I used to use a company called Pet Drugs Online (to buy medications for dogs although they were prescribed by vet), I'm not sure what advice, if any, they could give on the phone, but for such a young cat I'd still ask or mither your vet. Including for special food that's soft and can be given in tiny amounts off your finger. I'm guessing the steroids will reduce any inflammation, have they given her anything for pain (maybe doesn't need anything for pain if the steroids reduce inflammation). If you want I'll put their phone number on here in case you want it.
I hope everything is going to be OK very soon. Sometimes in the past my mutts have been poorly with diarrhoea and I've worried non stop and then suddenly like magic, it's stopped but you can't help worrying when they're very young.
Do not worry answering all my questions etc but just thoughts for you really. 🫂

@Amberpearl the number is 01761 603141. They also have a section for advice on their website (they sell for instance Royal Canin gastrointestinal meat for kittens). Very warmest wishes to you x

Having trouble with posting using abbreviations today.
For some reason the forum won't let me do it and I have to keep logging in each time I visit.
