Mobility. Ordered my new car but my advance payment has gone lower by £700, any advice?

I ordered my new car 6 weeks ago and now the advance payment has gone lower by £700 does anyone know what happens

Hi @loraine7 sorry you've not had a response yet. Have you paid the higher advance payment yet? If so, it might be worth contacting Motability to understand if the difference will be returned.

Generally the Advance Payment price is locked in when you order.
There's certainly no harm in asking Motability to consider an adjustment or even a 'goodwill refund' in your case.

if you haven’t taken possession of your car yet, you can cancel the order and then reorder. I have been told this by a number of dealers as I had the same concerns
