hey all first time on here,my daughter is the one with a chairi 1malformation and she has always experienced symptoms of it,but her neuro consultant has always dismissed her symptoms she now works and is doing an apprenticeship which she loves but she does come home completely whacked out!!and effects her mood,does anyone also claim disability as well as work?just wondering if it’s worth her trying to claim for the times she can’t make it to work?tia

Hi @Eviemae98 and welcome to the forum. 🙂 Absolutely, there are benefits available to support your daughter alongside working. Personal independence payment (PIP) is a great example of this, offering support with the additional costs associated with being disabled and you can work both part-time and full time whilst claiming this.
