I have not received any of my payments from ESA.

I have not heard from ESA.

Unsure what is going on.

    Have you called them to see what is happening?

    I have tried to call them, but no reply.

    There is often a long wait to talk to someone on the phone at ESA. I always set aside at least an hour when I need to call them.
