No phone

Hi

I have now got my letter to transfer to UC. I have until 27th July. I do not have a phone only an iPad. Will this be a problem? I can use a friend’s phone if needed.

Also what would be the latest I can fill the form in?

    Hi @miracleboy I know for a new UC claim you need to have access to a phone number as they text you log in codes. But you may be able to speak to them and ask if it would be possible to receive email log in codes instead?
    If you have until 27th July, that would be the latest for them to receive the forms I'm guessing? So I'd make sure you post it at least a good two weeks before the cut off date.

    UC forms are filled in online or by phone.

    So I would say apply before the 26th to be safe.
