Morning all I have £1200 of underpayments of uc as they deducted carers allowance when I was not receiving it, will I get this with my next statement? Or is this a separate payment , and also does the system detect underpayments as nothing is stated in my journal thank u

If you have an underpayment you need to add a Journal note bringing this to their attention (using the payment option).
Once it's been looked at, a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed.
Payment will then follow within a few working days.
