hi I migrated from ESa to universal credit in march I took the advance payment that was offered to me does that stop me getting an advance payment ie like a budgeting loan as I have just got a flat with the council and needs to get things for it thank you

I believe you can get a budgeting loan because the advance payment is classed differently. The rules seem to be around being unable to have two budgeting loans at once, which wouldn't apply in your case.
