Update on previous discussions
So yet again Martin has been turned scoring zero across the board at his mandatory reconsideration stage forcing us to take to the independent tribunal stage. From what we've already read unfortunately this is the usual state of affairs. What's anyone's experiences of the tribunal? I'm guessing this will take the usual months to process.

Getting all zero's is disgusting. It is rare a MR changes an outcome from a decision.
The tribunal is far better than the assessment, there are qualified people present and the majority of tribunals go well. You will be asked questions and having notes may help with reminders as it can be a stressful time obviously.
Time period for the tribunal varies. It could be months to more than 1 year. It seems location can have a bearing on the length of waiting time. It is a while since I attended one so the time period may have reduced. Other members may respond.
