My gas debt is Β£2.700
I'm paying 250 a month too
They at not enough
I rarely had the heating on
Prices gone through the roof
It's all bills
And I'm. Worried if I lose pip and lcwra with all these government proposals changes how can I survive
I. Have to go to rheumatology next Thursday, it's so stressful for me to leave the house
The cats are the only thing keeping me going
If the government take my. Money how can I feedmy cats

Hi @Amberpearl , I'm so sorry for your worries. I contacted Stepchange a debt charity c 2-3 yrs ago they were massively helpful and there was no waiting list for help like there was with the CAB. They can help/advise with regard to debts and benefits.
I don't know if it makes a difference if you are a homeowner or renting. I was (had mortgage) but was moving to rent bungalow off the council.
I never entered into any kind of debt management plan but took their advice. My debtors accepted 1.00 a month and froze the interest (including a gas/electric provider from the cottage I had to move from) and they've rarely mithered me since. I'm not saying your gas provider can do that, especially if they're your current provider, but Stepchange were very helpful. Some of the energy providers had Trust Funds they could refer customers to as well for additional support.
Please reach out to those who can support and not keep the worry all to yourself. I wish I'd contacted them much sooner.

Im. Very lonely. Only have my cats and most of these have passed away
It's hit me very hsrd losing my cats
Some people donf understand that
I don't see my kids much. They all moved away and are busy. I won't see my grandkids much
I've no transport to fet there plus it's extremely hsrd for me to go on long journeys
I can't pay my bills
Government don't care
