Last year from may 2024 till August 2024 ECHR did an investigation about treatment of DWP towards claimants whatever become of this ? I'm starting to understand the government is not obliged to listen or act on thier recommendations ???

The investigation is still ongoing. You are right, the government doesn’t have to follow EHRC recommendations, but if serious breaches of the Equality Act 2010 are found, the EHRC can force changes, demand action, or take legal steps.
