If ESA is being paid at £281.10 a fortnight, please read through this thread (click on the purple text View Post).
Is there something missing or incorrect from your first UC payment statement? This is very common.
If you decide to post a screenshot please make sure all personal details are blacked out.

Money, savings and investments

You must tell us if this changes so that we can pay you the correct amount on time.
The first £6,000 of your money, savings and investments does not affect your payment. If you have over £6,000 up to £16,000, every £250 reduces your Universal Credit by £4.35. For any remaining amount that is not a complete £250, a further £4.35 is also deducted.

The ESA deduction is correct, please see previous advice.
The Carers Allowance deduction is correct.
They've missed off the LCWRA element for the person receiving ESA, this would add £423.27 to your award before deductions.
It's not the first statement I've seen with an ESA deduction missing the corresponding LCWRA element, which is absolutely ridiculous.
You need to add a Journal note, using the payment option, stating that LCWRA element is missing from your statement.
Once it's been sorted a letter will be added to your Journal, stating the amount owed due to underpayment. Payment will then be sent within a few working days.
With regards to your rent, I'll need to ask quite a few questions to advise correctly.
Do you rent privately or through social housing?
How many bedrooms are there?
Does the disabled person receive regular and frequent overnight care from someone that doesn't live there?
Are there any reasons relating to disability/health meaning that you cannot share a bedroom with your partner?
Is the Housing Element award similar to your previous Housing Benefit payment?

hi we rent through social housing, there are 3 bedrooms, I do not receive overnight care, and the housing benefit was the same amount, I also share a room with my

It seems like the Housing Element is correct if housing benefit was the same, it's just the missing LCWRA element that is incorrect with your statement as far as I can see.

hi thank you for your help , can you explain what the transtransitional payment of £89.91, is for ,

Transitional Protection is added if your total UC award is lower than legacy benefits at the time of transfer.
So it tops up your UC award to match previous legacy benefits.
This does erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added.
Eventually TP will be zero.
A good example of how TP works is here:

hi thank you for your help, I have done a journal note for universal credit, will esa stop or will I have to sort this , sorry still not sure on this

You don't need to do anything.
If you read through the thread I linked too, that explains what happens after UC migration when the previous ESA award was both Income Related & Contributions Based - many only find out this information after migration.
