    My breakfast alternates, like now brown bread and marmalade or a boiled egg sometimes with black coffee for 2 weeks. Then a week of Shreddies with Alpro Almond milk.

    Lunch is always mature cheddar, cheese spread on a brioche roll, with mug of bouillon.
