    hello today I had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast then I had some fruit for lunch tonight I cooked some orzo in chicken stock quick and inexpensive i sliced some mushrooms and sautéed them and added some left over elmlea single a teaspoon of garlic simmered for about five minutes then combined everything together it was delicious and that’s what I will have for lunch tomorrow too
