If you need more statements than the app allows, then yes you would need to contact your bank.

If I can't get them pdf would my bank post them or could they send them to me on my mobile app it's so frustrating it's just incase anything happens

Most banks have a livechat option now. I used that to get several years of paper statements posted when I needed them. They might be able to send compressed PDF via email instead for UC.

Is the compressed one we're it just shows all transactions ive got them 127 pages full from 2021 to 2025 would they accept these ive got them just no ones with my opening and closing balance but you can clearly work it out ive got official ones from 1st may 2024 ive put them in my files for now just for my own sanity x

Sorry I should of said I've only been asked for 4 months but due to my issues in another post it was for my benefitbjyst incase they need any more ive heard horror story's on some of the Facebook groups

A compressed PDF is just a way of emailing large files quickly over the internet. The bank should be able to do proper bank statements like that. The transaction list that you have isn't a proper bank statement and technically UC can refuse to accept that. Although I did send one of those to ESA myself as that's all I could access at the time. If they do refuse it then I'll have to ask for the proper statements instead.

STOP looking at Facebook groups!!

Hi @sophie2002 I hope you're doing ok. I have to agree that these Facebook groups seem to be quite harmful and unkind. I would definitely recommend removing yourself from these type of groups. Your mental health is important and needs to be protected. 💛

Thankyou Can anyone possibly help me with something I am still trying to work out about unspent money from benefits everymonth for eg im looking back years as ive looked on government website and it says I must add what i didn't spend the ap before to add to my next month unspent is this the case eg
Let's say ap 1st 31st ap 344 uc on the 30th I have 275 left in bank had a few refunds so that's what I have left do I then add this to my nxt month
So the next ap j have had 257 uc as it went down something to do with covid at the time on the 30th of the nxt month u have 207 in bank account unspent do you then add that to the 275 from the month before as capital so you now have 484 in journal the gov website is so confusing please help me I know I keep asking but I just need to know if this is right or wrong thankyou xxxx

Why do you keep asking about unspent money, you have had loads of advice now.
You have been told many times if you haven’t gone over 6k at anytime then you have nothing to worry about!

I keep asking as ive looked on the gov website and its getting confusing , it says you add the months before unspent to the next months unspent and so on I never entered my unspent in to the journal as j didn't realise i had to so dont know what im doing as some months I had loads left in my balance due to col backpay etc but on my bank balance I never had 6k but isn't the unspent meant to be added every month I think im getting confused and upset ive nobody to talk to im so sorry just need to know how it all works can't get answers to my question xxxx

I mean this in the nicest way possible, you have had lots of answers here all saying the same thing.
Have you thought about speaking to your parents or GP to get some extra support with the impact this review is having on your mental health?

Ive tried talking to my parents they dont understand it either they are trying their best to keep me calm im not good, im on sertraline for my mental health im a very stressed person anyway its just the fact ive been such a stupid person not realising about unspent money been capital it just built up with all the backpay and col payments I tried calming down last night but woke again this morning trying to check gov websites and i can't get my head around any if it my review is on friday im so scared now ive put on my posts about the jan to April statements and someone said I just add unspent to sabings and that's it for that month and the next month just see what's left at the end of that month so I definitely dont add the months before unspent and the month after unspent together then add savings??? I'm reading back on previous comments has anyone been in this situation please im so sorry my mums good with me my doctors just tell me to have a bath and get in touch with samaritans or people who I could talk to but struggle speaking face-to-face im ok iver message bit uncomfortable on phone but not face-to-face xxxx

Sophie please if all they have asked for is 4 months statements. Then it's all you will need . You won't get into trouble or go to prison. Please don't read too much into this . If they wanted more they would have asked before now chick . Make an appointment to see your GP because it appears to me that you are overly anxious and overwhelmed by it all. They would support you . I have had to do the same because of mental health . Because I focus too much on the what if,s and over thinking too much . Be kind to yourself and say away from the FB groups they aren't trained in giving advice 🙂
