in Start here and say hello!

Hi recieved message on u.c journal to give 4mths bank statements and photo I'd. I had to go in person for I'd as I don't have photo id. Now I received a message for phone appointment on 9th June. I'm really worried as to why they are reviewing my claim. I only recieve u.c and no other income. Is this normal 🤔 many thanks.

    From what I understand everyone at some point has to have a review it's nothing for you to worry about🙂

    I had this happen and I had only been on UC for less than three months. I am also in the savings disregard period as I have migrated. I am mostly housebound and it caused me huge anxiety but they agreed for someone else to bring all my paperwork in for them to go through. They didn't end up calling me, just messaged to say all was ok and my friend could pick my paperwork up a few days later. Hopefully it will be straightforward like this for you too. These things just cause so much worry!

    AAwe Thank-you I'm quite stressed I have a few health issues including heart attack (2) and ptsd. It's comforting to read these messages of support. Thankyou fir sharing your experience 😊
