Hi im very stressed and may have made an innocent mistake.i am on pip an in esa support group and have an independant son living with me .im migrating to uc and are asking about anyone living with me .should i have told them .forms in past never seemed ask this .im v unwell and this is making me stressed im going get massive fine or massive pay back to psy

It's not unusual to miss something or make an error - you're certainly not alone. Are you using the journal or an alternative method for transitioning? If it's your journal, you can always add a comment or contact them another way to make them aware.

Yes you should have told them, and can do by using the Report a Change section of your Journal if you've submitted the application.
If you haven't submitted, you will have an opportunity once you've answered all the questions to go back and edit anything.
If you get Daily Living PIP you are exempt from non dependant deductions with Housing Element anyway.
So while you should still tell them there won't be any overpayment.

As advised you can set that right very easily, by reporting a change or editing your application.
