    WeWell kimi87, im in arrears, I pay a amount I manage each moth, now there telling me I need to pay 3 times over the amount and I just can't afford it

    What has been their response when you've said you can't afford to repay an increased amount?

    You can follow their formal complaints procedure about the increased repayment rate.

    If you Google supplier name + hardship details of any additional financial assistance available should be listed on their website, some have grants available to wipe arrears.

    A local welfare rights organisation should be able to help with advice.

    Thank you I will do both of those, so we was paying £100 a month, they said we had to pay £334 a month, I said I can only go upto £129 a month and they declined.
