I been seeing videos saying alot of scam calls pretending to be dwp asking to help with universal credit I nearly fell for winter fuel payment article don't be scared you done noting wrong maybe put your number on private and call number of dwp will say we are closed open Monday Friday and times then it is dwp if not I'm sure won't connect don't make you're self ill

Hey, yep spam has been issued and still not fixed WiFi internet on my Nintendo switch and think is server issues. I had look on YouTube and did try there option and none . I feel the same way with certain people that can only express feelings and can't do with some of closed to you.is still hot where I'm at .

thank you all for your kind words 💚 I’ve kind of had another rough day and didn’t get up until 12 but then like an idiot I’ve ordered another two take aways 😔
But I’ve had a word with myself after this, I’ve decided on Tuesday that I am going to ring up all my bill providers and cancel all direct debits, I am then going to physically make physical payments like I used to do on the days my benefits go in. That way it cuts down on the cash sitting in my bank and removes the temptation to spend it. This should remove the temptation to buy take aways or buy things off Amazon. Hopefully by doing this I can save up for the decorating, flooring, new furniture and tv in my flat. Alongside this it will also help me to buy bits and bobs over time for my holiday next year, alongside this I’m going to apply for a disabled rail card, I know that am stopping myself from living a good quality of life in many ways which is very harmful to my health both mentally and physically. I am going to start living life in the Buddhist Middle Way by eating a breakfast and dinner and then nothing after mid day, this should help my stomach to calm itself down. I want to lose another 3 stone over the next twelve months which should help take weight off the old joints. I’m just going to take things one day at a time, just listen to my mind and body each day. One big thing I have to do is practice living in the present moment and start getting back into practicing Buddhism.
