Good morning
The fire alarm was false as it often is here.
Its a still a bit cooler here with sun shining but showers forecast later.
I'm going to venture out for a while later and then watch the soaps and the England v Congo game when I get home.
I hope everyone can manage to have a good day.

Sounds lovely @Bluebell21! Who are England playing? Hahaha my family are the same when they watch sport πcan make the poor dog jump!
That sounds frustrating @SheffieldMan1976, will you be able to use the house car tomorrow?1 -
Yes it felt very strange
Itchy and and low energy
I've got my cT results back already
Very reassuring
No answer as to why I'm. Itchy and rashes though
I. Suspect the meds
CT showed small 4mm kidney stone, expect it to flush out and dissolve on its own
Shall 7mm legion on liver benign cyst
No cancer

That's wonderful news that there's no cancer @Amberpearl! Also good that the kidney stone will dissolve on its own. Are you getting much pain from it?
It's frustrating not to know about the itchiness and rashes. Is it a side effect of your medication? Is the cream helping at all?

Fortunately, someone is taking me to Taekwondo after tea, if I had to miss that after missing last week due to the heat, I would be rather upset to put it mildly.

Fell visiting my old nemesis π½ in the middle of the night, I thought i had broken some ribs, but think I got away with it. Poor Gus hid behind the scooter by the patio doors, he isn't keen on strong language!

I hope you are ok @ColonelBlink even bruised ribs are very painful.
Take care.

I'm sure I'll be just fine, thanks for asking @Bluebell21, i'm probably young enough yet to get away with it. My mum broke her hip last year doing the same thing, it meant another operation to replace the false hip she broke. I didn't know you could break the false ones!

Good morning everyone. Heavy rain last night again but sunny this morning. Going to the hairdressers later for highlights and a cut and blow.
Have a good day whatever you do.
Take care.

Afternoon everyone, hope you're having a good day so far.
Ouch @ColonelBlink, hope you're alright, that can't have been pleasant! Has Gus forgiven you for the shock now?
Always nice to have a bit of pampering @Bluebell21, have you already been or is it later today?
0 -
You know if a rib is broken, because it squelches when you press it! No squelching, thankfully. π
0 -
I didn't know that, so I've learned something new today! Glad to hear you're not squelching and fingers crossed for a continued lack of squelch @ColonelBlink π
Must still be quite painful though! Did you bruise yourself badly?
0 -
I can't tilt my head properly to see, i could take a photo, but I know what bruising looks like.

I got kicked in the ribs at Taekwondo last night, fortunately there's no bruising as far as I know.
0 -
Well hope it's feeling more comfortable soon @ColonelBlink, look after yourself!
Ouch @SheffieldMan1976! That makes two of you with rib injuries! Good that you've not bruised yourself though. Do you get injured a lot in Taekwondo?

Did you kick him back? One good turn deserves another!

I have been. I always like a bit of pampering it makes me feel good.

I'm. Pretty certain it's down to the meds but can't prove it
No. Pain from the kidney stone, I didn't know I had one lol
I have a hiatus hernia, which was diagnosed in 2022
Nothing can be done for that
Wish they could cure my. Afib and arthritis
