I have recently changed to uc and I'm having issues one min they tell me I'm not entitled to housing benefit and now they trying to sort it iv had £388 taken out every month the other payments I'm entitled to have stopped.my 1st payment was £598 now its £438

Your housing benefit stops when you move to Universal Credit because it’s replaced by a housing element in your UC payment. The missing money likely means the housing element hasn’t been added or deductions are being made. You should check your UC payment breakdown and send a message by the journal asking why it's missing and what the deductions are for☺️
