Time frame for UC50

Hi I got awarded st pip both elements from 25/11/24 ( decision was made in March 25).

I’ve been supplying fit notes to my uc since 20/11/24. I filled out a UC 50 form in feb 25 and sent it back in on March 20th ‘25.
I just keep getting told I’m in the list - is there a time frame , is it bad that I keep phoning up ? Does anyone know time frame for south east ?

My uc norm runs from the 10th- 9th each month . Tia. Anita

    Hello @Kizzie123. Unfortunately it would be impossible to give a time frame as they vary from area to area. It would seem most people are having assessments within 3-6 months of returning their UC50, but I spoke with a lady in the South East recently that had been waiting over 14 months, and another recently who was only waiting 6 weeks, also in the South East.

    Who is it you have been phoning to ask for a time frame?

    Hi thanks for that reply - it is Haas when I phone them - they just seem to give me different answers , as in you should hear in a couple of weeks, but recently the last 2 times said there is no time frame!
