Just been transferred from ESA and pip to UC

we have just been transferred from esa and pip to UC. We had 2 different phone calls to prove who we were. We both had 2 fantastic ladies with Brum accent who made me feel like they both cared. Strange but true. Are they actually employing humans now ?

Judging by most of the posts on here, it sounds like yours was a rare positive experience!
For reference though, you haven't been transferred from PIP. PIP remains a totally separate benefit. 🙂
