What is the higher rate of ESA?

I am a support worker for people with disabilities. My client has just said that her ESA was due to increase.
Are you able to tell me when the higher rate gets paid!

    Can you tell us a little more ?
    What rate is your client on ?
    which group are they in?
    Do they also claimPIP ?
    When is this increase to happen ?
