I recently sent off form UC50 for my son, as his appointee.
In the meantime he has started Talking Therapies for worsening mental health. Do I need to report that ?

Hi @Ikonik
In most cases you don’t need to report starting talking therapies separately after submitting the UC50 if it's related to the same health condition because it will likely be covered in the assessment process.
But if your son’s mental health has significantly worsened since you submitted the form then it can be helpful to report and send any additional evidence for his work capability assessment☺️
