Hi, my name is hailes! Delay on my UC statement, will I still get paid?

Hi im haveing a delay on my statement it's due today but normally get it 2days b4.. I spoke them and said it should show some time today because its still getting calculated . but if it dosnt I'm due to be paid 2nd will i still get paid even if my statement dosnt show getting abit worried now as my rent gets paid on the 2nd aswell

    Mine is usually available before the due date but this isn't guaranteed.

    Hopefully by tomorrow morning it will be available for you.

    I'm just worried I won't get paid if it dosnt come down..

    Hi,

    I think this will depend on what's stopping the statement.

    If the actual calculation hasn't been completed then I wouldn't expect a payment to be made.

    But if it is just a statement uploading error on the website then I would expect a payment without being able to see the statement.
