Hello,

Can someone tell me I have my first UC Statement but haven't been paid yet if I send for my repeat prescription can I now get it free or do I need to wait until I have been paid? I hope this doesn't sound silly but I am just anxious. Thank You

    Also can I ask nobody has contacted me about NS ESA claimant commitment yet. Will I still get paid NS ESA and UC or will they hold it until someone contacts me?

    You will still get paid NS ESA & UC. Someone will contact you eventually.

    You don't need to wait until you get your UC payment, you qualify for free prescriptions already.
