I was due a review form last month for pip but i haven't heard anything yet are the forms for the review delayed

If it were me I would ring and ask them.
I received mine15 months in advance.
I know there are huge backlogs with assessments.

As said, there are backlogs. If it gets close to your award end date, they will extend for 12 months.
