Hello
I employ carers to look after my disabled daughter 24/7
One if the staff works 37.5 hrs week.
she is currently on maternity leave and is struggling with the loss of income.
I want to pay her enhanced maternity pay she has worked for my daughter for 20 yrs.
we have a personal payment not a direct payment.
can i do this
thanks

Hello @Ciann,
By personal payment. do you mean the funding is from a personal health budget (where I believe the funding comes via the NHS rather than your local authority) or do you mean paid by you from your own funds?
