i need help iv been hit hard this month and i have no money for things. What can i do for help?

If you need top up on your gas and electric meter you can get £50 I can't remember where you go though , but if you google it will be there .

Food banks too .

You can contact your local food bank through the https://www.trussell.org.uk/ and for emergency food parcels you may need a referral from a GP, social worker or https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk

They can also help you access emergency grants, budgeting loans or hardship payments etc you may be entitiled to. Your local council may also be able to offer a https://endfurniturepoverty.org/research-campaigns/rebuilding-crisis-support-local-welfare-assistance/local-welfare-assistance-finder/ for help with essentials like food, heating or rent.
