I've run into a problem submitting my UC claim which I don't understand? I have submitted it under Managed Migration from ESA IR Support Group.

I have completed all To Dos including commitment at the end but when I look at the Journal Entries its still asking me to accept them which I have already done so!

When I look under To Dos it says there the only thing listed is We Will Call You to arrange ID appt and no other entries.

Further down the Journal Entries list the link is still highlighted asking to me to accept commitments and when I follow the instructions its not linking to a page to accept them again.

I am really panicking as I have had an email as well saying I need to accept them before next Tuesday or my claim will be closed!

I have checked everything several times and don't know what I have done wrong.

Is it anything to do with the ID Appt which probably wont be arranged by next Tuesday anyway as it says 2 to 3 days from now.

It's really panicking me as I don't see what if anything I have not completed and have taken screenshots of every section as proof.

    Hi,

As long as it isn't in the to-do list then you have already completed it.

It will stay in the journal list as a log of everything that you've done.

Thank you. I calmed down after a few hours and thought that may be the case.

I've already had a message from an agent saying no work commitments etc.

Just all very daunting so just need to wait for call now re I'd.

On a positive note, I've already had a journal message stating I've no work commitments.

    Wasn't expecting that so quickly.

I’ve also just submitted my UC claim under managed migration. They didn’t call in 2-3 days but arranged a biographical phone appointment for me and notified me about it. Mine isn’t for another week - I think they’re snowed under

They did remove the call in 2-3 days message once they booked me an appointment so mine has gone now 🥳
