EHC Plan Appeal

Hello everyone,

My son is 4 years old and has ASD, I recently applied for EHC plan, but despite providing all the necessary reports and supporting documents, my request was refused.

Could anyone assist me with the next steps to appeal this decision please ?

    You can appeal the decision and there is more on this here.

    It may also be worth contacting your local SENDIASS as these are the education experts who can give you free and impartial information and advice on everything to do with education such as EHCPs, tribunals, call and attend meetings with the school and sometimes allocate you a specific caseworker😊
