Reasonable adjustments

hi I’m just curious does anyone know how this works , I’ve been having a nightmare with my case worker at universal credit , I’m waiting for a new lwc assessment, I’ve previously had one a few years ago got awarded lwc , not lwcr anyway alot of time passed with hearing nothing then all of a

Sudden they wre requesting I go to the job centre for meetings each month , while waiting for my new assessment, I’m fine to do this but I requested over the phone or video link , my case worker didn’t want to do this she’s almost broke her leg trying to get me to go in , I suffer with savere anxiety and bipolar depression, plus disability’s from a car accident I had 20 years ago , I have mostly all of my appointments on the tel doctors etc , I get my food delivered I don’t go out basically! So after 2 tel appointment and her trying to keep pressuring me to go in she finally agreed to do a video call call for this appointment I was supposed to have this morning , so she was supposed to call at 9.20 it got to 9.30 still no call then at 9,40 she left a message on my journal to say why had I missed my appointment, I then rung universal credit to confirm I had been waiting for my call , only for her to then say she told me I had to click on the link of video call on my journal to access the appointment, she said she had told me this at my previous tel appointment, I was not aware and she didn’t tell me

, I wish they could listen to the call to prove she didn’t I actually thought it would come through like a FaceTime as naive as it might sound . Anyway I wasn’t then pleasant to her I left a message calling her out on lying about it , I wasn’t rude just truthful , I feel like it’s just become personal between us , me not going in her wanting me to , last time she spoke to me it was like she was undermining me , anyway this all happened this morning I then had another message to say another appointment had been booked at the job centre with someone else , I then rung universal credit to ask for reasonable adjustments they filled out a application and said someone will ring me on Monday ??? I’m sorry it’s so long winded but does anyone know what might happen now can it be declined ? I’m a nervous jittery wreck
