I can smell a barbecue and I really want one now lol, I go through this every summer but it would be ridiculous to get one and cook for myself, much quicker and easier in the oven but the smell is so good and the flavour mmmmmmmmmm

I hope everyone else is good and if anyone is having a bbq please send me some! 😅

Had rheumatology appointment

He says toes fine

Did bloods and pee sample

Been chiropodist

Lady was wonderful

Had a amazing pedicure

I don't have ingrown toe nail or arthritis

It's wear and tear and hsrd skin

She used a machine on my feet. Got off calluses trimmed nails rubbed on cream

Feel much better

I'm. To go every 12 weeks

I. Feel exhausted now

I know it's, these damn meds

Il ring drs again in the morning

I can't have meds that send me to sleep

Next door but one used to have barbecues almost every night between April and October,the smell was awful.
