Refering to Maria's message. I think it's diabolical to treat you this way. I'm 60 year's old and I'm disabled and housebound. I've just had to crossover onto universal credit. This alone is very daunting and confusing. Without all this terrible stuff you're recieving from this nightmare of a work coach. I feel for you Maria and i hope that you will take this matter and horrible person to the cleaners. I know it's scary but you need to do this for you're benefit and others. Keep all your documentation of the interviews you have had to go to. I'm 1 of the lucky 1s I've got a decent work coach. Mine told me if needed as I'm disabled and housebound someone would come out to see me at home. This wasn't needed i proved who i am over the phone. With your age and disability someone should come out to see you at home. Maria i hope that you can get this all sorted out sooner rather than later.
