    So true 👴 I’m almost 42, but feel more like 82. I’ve even reached the age where I’m now paying for my own funeral. If I’m like my Mum’s parents I’ve got another 15 years, if I’m like my Dad’s parents then I’ve got another 20+ years. I’m leaning more towards my Mum’s side due to me being a lot like her Dad.

    II have a family history of heart problems

    Dad had 4 heart attacks. First at 52

    Angina heart aneurysm copd and alzheimer's

    He died just before his 89 birthday

    His 2 brothers died of heart issues his sister was 90

    His mum had heart issues too died at 63

    My mum had heart disease died at 65

    Her 2 brothers died of heart problems

    And 1 sister heart attack other sister cancer

    Her dad was ill all his life and died aged 42

    But her mum's heart a1 condition died at 90 dementia

    So with so much heart issues in my family I'm. Scared to death

    I'm 59 on Wednesday

    Can't believe it

    Where have all the years gone
