What do these terms mean for my PIP?

Hi can any one tell me what iniating and completing person actions mean and also.coping with change and social engagement mean ,this is what doctor has put on my form that hasbeen sent to dwp and will it help to get pip,new tho this so any help would be great 👍

If it says you have difficulty with these things, it should be helpful for your PIP claim.
"initiating and completing personal actions" means starting doing things and finishig them.
"coping with change and social engagement" means how well you do when things don't go to plan, or change without warning, and how easy you find it to talk to and be around other people.
