It's hard but I'm just trying to take one day at a time and focus only on today but it isn't easy, I need discipline to do that but don't have a lot of that 😬🙄. I've lit candles for my mum and dad this morning and said 'Happy heavenly Father's Day dad, you're very much missed' 🙏😪 ❤️ 💜.

Aw thanks so much @Catherine21. You're very kind ❤️. The best present I bought my dad (one which was least expensive but he loved) was a little, leatherbound flask, engraved with Dad. I think there was still a bit of whisky in it when he passed but I think it's evaporated since but can still smell it when I open it after 25 years! I'm no connoisseur of whisky, he liked blends like Bell's, but I used to get him Chivas Regal too for Father's Day, just cos I liked the box 😅🤭🥰. All we ever heard during the coalition years was that "any day now", it would all come crashing down. It didn't happen and neither will it happen here.
