Hi Anyone know why some telephone assessments take 1/2 hr and some take 2 hours.
I can't get my head around it.

It varies because it mainly depends on how complex the case, the level of detail needed, how much evidence is already provided and how much the person talks or explains but the length of the assessment isn't indicative of how the assessment went😊1 -
