I’m Henna, a speech and language therapist, carer, and passionate advocate committed to understanding, empowering, and uplifting the disabled community. My work is rooted in empathy, neuro-affirming practice, and a desire to challenge systems that exclude or marginalise

With lived and professional experience supporting individuals with complex needs, I’ve come to deeply value inclusive communication, accessible environments, and the power of listening to disabled voices. I'm currently expanding my knowledge and connections within the disabled community to better co-create solutions that honour dignity, independence, and self-expression.

My goal is to be an active ally—learning, unlearning, showing up, and contributing meaningfully wherever I can.
