wow that’s brutal 😔 so much heartake. I’m not surprised that you’re on edge and scared stiff all the time. We watch our days tick by, counting down the clock and never knowing what may happen. I’ve got a family history of cancer with three of my grandparents passing away from it, my great aunt, my mums cousin (my auntie), my great uncle having I’m not sure if it was Alzheimer’s or Dementia and my Grandmother having Diabetes.
I’m more my mums side of the family with genetics, where as my Sister is more my Dads side of the family with genetics.
My family name on my mums side is McFarlane - so I’m more akin to her Dads Scottish side. I was told once by my Great Uncle’s wife that I had my Nans eyes which would be my Nanna McFarlane, my Grandad Mac’s Mum. My Mum says I’ve got her Dads, sense of humour, mannerisms and look like him. I may have been born in England but I lean towards the Scots. I’m English, Irish, Welsh, Danish and Swedish by DNA.
