A small park near where I used to live and worked at had two white geese, they were an absolute nightmare! I used to take my cousins dog into the park and they would be waiting for you at one entrance to the park, fair to say I had to use another gate. My old colleagues said when they had to unlock the park in the morning, they would be there ready and waiting for them. Eventually they were removed and relocated to a farm! Fair to say all the members of the public and all wildlife were relieved when they were escorted off the premises.
serrated edges on there tongue 🫣

I am sat in my flat with all the windows open listening to music, shade has just come over the old PA System. I feel like a jacket spud in an oven! I sit here when it’s hot like this and say to myself….. How on earth did I use to work as a Gardener & Estate Ranger in this heat 🥵
I guess when you’re young, you just get on with it and always have the old head screwed on tight, knowing what precautions to take. I know when I travel abroad next year, I’ll be sat on my terrace with shade, factor 50 slapped on this old vampire.

I’ve sat for a couple of hours going over all of my finances
Fair to say after using the old abacus alongside the tablet and dog and bone…. I was disgusted by how much money I waste each month.
After speaking to a woman at HS/BC💸 to find out how to input a standing order and a new payee on there app, I then went through twelve months of benefit payments from today’s date, setting up regular payments to go into my other bank account so as I can get a tradesman or woman into decorate my flat, enable me to buy a new tv, alongside buying items for the flat, items for a future assistance dog and parrot and also for my jollies next year. After wards I was shuffling around the flat with my walking stick, banging into things and nearly falling over and getting angry with myself. One of my triggers with my mental health is money and the old pea in the head is frazzled! Must admit the covid brain fog
has really been getting me down recently as I’m just struggling with my short term memory and it’s frustrating, upsetting and a real sucker punch.

Good morning all
I'm still tired
I sat in the garden yesterday think I caught the sun
I had terrible stomach cramps yesterday
Think the new medication is upsetting my tummy as I was on and off the toilet all day
I felt awful
Think I've caught the sun a bit

I absolutely share with your sentiment as well, I’ve been bad with money a lot which is something I have to get under control. Amazon and Takeaways are my weakness and it’s absolutely shocking. Having physically sat down and inputted multiple payments each month, it certainly gave me a wake up call to say the least.

I went to the gp this morning
Saw a different one
I told her I'd been getting stomach cramps
She said I need to take 2 abipacxin a day
It was giving me cramps
So she gave me lansapeazole
That's a indegestion remedy
When I googled side effects it saying stomach cramp diahrhea tiredness rash
That's the whole reason I wanted off apaxiban due to cramping yet the very thing to counter effect symptoms has exactly same side effects
Crazy
